Human Resource branding revolves around what current, future
or potential employees think regarding the organization as their employer. Just
link the brand shows an image to the customer, the organization creates an
image in the employee’s mind as an employer. An organization is required to
building a really good HR branding in order to attract talented potential candidates.
Meanwhile, organizations with poor HR branding will lose the best potential candidates.

company to showcase the packages, benefits and facilities which will be given
to employees. So, that the employees or potential employees can analyze the advantages
of working in the company.
