  3. Personally, I feel the best approach is allowing Manager to schedule the hybrid working strategy. That will give the Manager the ability to analyze the productivity and convenience of his team in order to schedule the strategy based on how he/she thinks would provide the based productivity to the organization and still take the employee's convenience into account.

This approach would decentralize the monitoring to the Manager level, which would still provide an input to the Senior Management on the productivity levels.

When it comes to communication and security, there will be a cost on the company's end for in terms of a video conferencing solutions, VPN technologies and strong Access Control.

  4. Thank you for sharing this informative article on hybrid working. It is interesting to note how the Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of remote and hybrid working models. It is clear that many employees prefer the flexibility that these models offer and are more likely to look for new opportunities if their current company does not provide hybrid working options. However, the benefits of hybrid working, such as improvements in productivity, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, make it a worthwhile endeavor. It is important for companies to invest in improving the office space and implementing initiatives that ensure the safety, wellbeing, collaboration, and productivity of employees. Selecting the right hybrid working schedule is crucial, and it is good to see that there are various types of schedules that can be implemented based on the company's needs and goals. 5. It's important to establish appropriate flexibility for frontline workers, such as those in manufacturing and healthcare, while we move towards a more permanent period of hybrid work for desk-based professionals.
As companies seek to provide their frontline employees with more freedom, top choices that appeal to this group:
    -Control of the work schedule
    -Paid leave
    -Continuity of the work schedule
-Frontline employees often exhibit interest in other forms of flexibility, like the ability to choose their projects, collaborators, and schedules.

  7. Interesting article on Hybrid Working Model. In my view, Hybrid working is a work arrangement that combines working from home and working from the office, allowing employees to have the flexibility to choose where they work. Hybrid working can also be referred to as blended working or flexible working.
With the hybrid working model, employees can work remotely for some days and come into the office for the remaining days. This arrangement provides employees with a better work-life balance and allows them to save time and money on commuting. It also allows organizations to reduce their office space, thus saving on costs.

  8. Hybrid working is one of the most widely spoken topics after the pandemic. Yes, there are benefits to a hybrid working system; however, the challenges need to be handled well to get the full benefit of the system, especially in communication. There will still be communication gaps even when the entire team is present and working in the same place. Having remote workers adds another layer, which makes it harder to keep everyone informed and on the same page.
